After installing the drivers you need to reboot the machine to enable it to finish its configuration. before i gutted it out and put all new stuff in, my computer was once an eMachines C6415. it has a built in card reader that 7 identifies, but just as a generic card reader. there are windows xp drivers for it that will give them certain icons and specify what kind of slot they are, but i .
